As we have a curated, set menu, we have limited room for substitutions. That said we can always make the experience vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free, please list that on your reservation. If you have extensive allergies or questions we recommend emailing us at info@thepeacockjasper.com and we can always accommodate complex dietary needs at our affiliate restaurant The Raven Bistro.

The surprise is a part of the experience, trust the experts! We guarantee 4 courses that are typically a salad, appetizer, main and dessert. If you have strong dietary preferences or requirements we recommend emailing us prior to reserving and we can help you decide if The Peacock or The Raven would be the best fit for your evening out.

The 5:30 seating is on a finite timeline so the 4 course meal is paired with 5 x 3oz wines. The 8pm seating can run a bit longer and is 4 courses paired with 7 x 3oz wines.

Of course! We have a non-alcoholic beverage for you to enjoy with your meal and the price without alcohol is $99. If wine is not to your taste you can enjoy it at the regular price and we have 2 tall cans of Folding Mountain Lager for you to sip with your meal.

Young adults over the age of 12 are welcome to join! We do not offer a separate youth menu and our dinner experience without alcohol is $99. 

If you have a certified assistant animal in uniform they are welcome to join you in the dining room. If you have a furry family member along you are welcome to enjoy the experience with your friend on our outdoor, covered patio.

Yes, as our menu requires extensive preparation and we have limited seating, reservations are required. If you can book it through Open Table, you are in!

You need to feel fabulous. This is an upscale venue so if you want to dress to the nines you are welcome to, and we also understand that Jasper is a pretty laid back town and a fancy evening out may not have been on the itinerary when you were packing for a hiking trip. 

We are the perfect place for an upscale gathering and can accommodate large groups with our regular seating's or we can offer you a private dining experience (based on availability).

Mike and Ashley took over The Raven Bistro in 2017 and along with their growing and talented team turned a sleepy little spot into what we affectionately call The Beast. We are so grateful to have attracted so many top notch staff we decided to expand to give all of us space to grow.
